REFUND & RETURN POLICY
WE HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN.
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must: be unused and unworn, include all original tags, be in the original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@avanti-mode.com. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We don’t charge any restocking fee. We highly recommend using a Track & Trace service when returning an item. If a return is lost without tracking, we are not responsible, and refunds may not be issued.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Include photos of: the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will replace the item or process a refund where applicable.
REFUND APPROVAL & PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved: your refund will be processed to your original payment method, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider). If the item is not eligible for a refund (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), we will notify you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned: Clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, items returned after 30 days or items with signs of wear or use.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@avanti-mode.com within 7 days of delivery with: order details and photos showing the issue. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, you must place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you need to follow the return process once you receive it.
CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE
This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
